Have you heard the saying, "You Can't Soar Like an Eagle When You're Flying With Turkeys"? Well Margaux Jones did and as President and CEO one of her first executive decisions was to hire a staff of eagles. Each staff member is a powerhouse in their own right, bringing resources to the table that enable RREC to Soar like an Eagle. RREC's staff is comprised of talented people who believe in Marqaux's vision to empower people and share her enthusiasm for life.

Lisa D. Patterson, RREC's Executive Manager, brings to the table 17 years of work experience in Operations Planning and Public Relations. As Marqaux's assistant she carefully listens to the desires and wishes of her CEO and then implements a plan of action to meet those goals. Lisa also handles much of the communications and administrative needs of the company which include: writing Celebrity Bios, Business Letters, Contracts, Advertisements, Editing RREC's Quarterly Newsletter, Creating Office Documents, Interpersonal Contact with Clients and Coordinating the 3-Day Business Conferences with the hosting hotel staff.

Darryl G. Harris, RREC's Production Manager, is Armed with a Marine Corps background of the strictest training and discipline. Mr. Harris is also a credentialed Computer Operator and a perfectionist who is always motivated toward the highest standards of quality and efficiency. He works diligently Generating Conference Journals, Flyers, Postcards, Programs and other forms of Advertisement for RREC Events. He maintains RREC's large mailing list database, expedites faxes and e-mails to Clients, Celebrity Speakers, Sponsors, etc. His Expert Eye for Computer Graphics is also used in the Final editing of RREC's Quarterly Newsletter.

Felicia A. Branch, RREC's Accounts Manager, holds down the Position of Trust as she ensures that all "t"s are crossed and all "i" dotted in RREC's monetary transactions. Felicia gained her experience in money handling as a Seasoned Church Trustee. She also carries a heavy academic background in Mathematics. Her ability to see long range financial confusion and diffuse it on the spot, helps to keep RREC's profits soaring.

The working relationship between Marqaux, Lisa, Darryl and Felicia is much more than just business; it's "Family". They also share a spiritual bond which is the moving force that destines this company toward "Fortune 500" status.
